Initial Dashboard Orientation

When you first log into DevSpeak, you are greeted by the main translation dashboard. This interface is designed to be intuitive while offering powerful configuration options.

Key Areas of the Dashboard

1. Navigation Panel (Left Sidebar): Your primary means of moving between different features (Translate Text, Translate Files, History).

2. Configuration Controls (Top Bar): Where you set the parameters for your translation (Target Audience, Tech Context, Output Format, Verbosity Slider).

3. Main Interaction Area (Center): The core workspace containing the non-technical input textarea and the prompt output panel.

4. Action Buttons (Bottom/Top Right): Controls to trigger translations, clear fields, or enable Fast AI mode.

The Default State

Upon opening the dashboard, the system defaults to:

  • Target Audience: Senior Dev
  • Tech Context: Frontend
  • Output Format: Prompt
  • Verbosity Slider: 50% (Balanced)
  • This default configuration is optimized for generating standard, actionable technical prompts from informal descriptions.
